How We Collect Data and Legal Grounds<\/h2>\n<p>We collect personal data through website forms, the mobile application, phone calls, WhatsApp and e-mail, by automated and partly automated means. Declining a permission disables only the related feature; the rest of the app remains usable.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Location:<\/strong> to show your position on the map and list nearby properties<\/li>\n<li><strong>Notifications:<\/strong> for new listings, messages and campaigns<\/li>\n<li><strong>Camera and photo library:<\/strong> to upload a profile photo or send property images<\/li>\n<li><strong>Internet and network state:<\/strong> to fetch listing data from our servers<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The app does not track your location continuously in the background.<\/p>\n<h2>7. Third-Party Service Providers<\/h2>\n<p>We rely on the following providers, each governed by its own privacy policy:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Google Firebase<\/strong> \u2014 push notifications and app stability reporting<\/li>\n<li><strong>OpenStreetMap<\/strong> \u2014 map rendering and address lookup<\/li>\n<li><strong>Google and Facebook<\/strong> \u2014 social sign-in, if you choose to use it<\/li>\n<li><strong>WhatsApp<\/strong> \u2014 if you choose to contact our agents through it<\/li>\n<li><strong>Our hosting provider<\/strong> \u2014 server infrastructure<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>8. Data Sharing<\/h2>\n<p>Your data may be shared with the relevant property agent as required to deliver the service, with competent public authorities where legally required, and with the providers listed above. <strong>We never sell or rent your data to third parties for marketing purposes.<\/strong> Because some providers host servers abroad, a limited international transfer may occur.<\/p>\n<h2>9. Retention Period<\/h2>\n<p>We retain personal data for as long as the processing purpose requires and until the end of the statutory limitation periods. Afterwards the data is deleted, destroyed or anonymised.<\/p>\n<h2>10.
