When you contact us on Instagram or Facebook<\/h3>\n<p>When you send a message to our Instagram account (<strong>@vipemlak<\/strong>) or our Facebook Page (<strong>Vip Emlak<\/strong>), or comment on our posts, the following data is transferred to our customer management panel through Meta Platforms&#8217; official interfaces (Instagram Graph API and Messenger Platform):<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Account details:<\/strong> your page-scoped Instagram\/Facebook user ID, username, name and profile picture URL<\/li>\n<li><strong>Communication content:<\/strong> the messages you send us, your comments on our posts, attached photos, videos and files, and their timestamps<\/li>\n<li><strong>Our replies:<\/strong> messages and comment replies sent to you by our team<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>We only process messages and comments <strong>addressed to our own accounts<\/strong>. We do not access your other conversations, followers or posts on Instagram or Facebook. We do not use this data for ad targeting, we do not sell it, and we do not share it with third parties for marketing.<\/p>\n<h3>2.4. When you contact us on TikTok<\/h3>\n<p>When you send a direct message to our official TikTok Business Account or comment on our videos, the following data is transferred to our customer management panel through TikTok&#8217;s official interfaces (TikTok API for Business \u2014 Business Messaging and account comments):<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Account details:<\/strong> your TikTok user ID, username, display name and profile picture URL<\/li>\n<li><strong>Communication content:<\/strong> the messages you send us, your comments on our videos, shared images and posts, and their timestamps<\/li>\n<li><strong>Our replies:<\/strong> messages and comment replies sent to you by our team, and comments we hide<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Under TikTok&#8217;s rules we never send the first message; we only reply within 48 hours after your message. We only process messages and comments <strong>addressed to our own account<\/strong>. We do not access your other conversations, followings or videos on TikTok. We do not use this data for ad targeting, we do not sell it, and we do not share it with third parties for marketing.<\/p>\n<h2>3. How We Collect Data and Legal Basis<\/h2>\n<p>Personal data is collected through website forms, the mobile app, phone calls, WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and email, by automated and partly automated means. Essential cookies are required for the site to work; analytics and marketing cookies run only with your consent. If you decline, only the related feature is disabled.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Location:<\/strong> to show your position on the map and list nearby properties<\/li>\n<li><strong>Notifications:<\/strong> for new listings, messages and campaigns<\/li>\n<li><strong>Camera and gallery:<\/strong> to upload a profile photo or send property images<\/li>\n<li><strong>Internet and network state:<\/strong> to load listing data<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The app does not track your location continuously in the background.<\/p>\n<h2>7. Third-Party Service Providers<\/h2>\n<p>We use the following providers; each is subject to its own privacy policy:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Meta Platforms (Instagram and Facebook)<\/strong> \u2014 delivering the messages and comments you send to our official accounts, and delivering our replies to you<\/li>\n<li><strong>TikTok (TikTok for Business)<\/strong> \u2014 delivering the messages and comments you send to our official TikTok account, and delivering our replies to you<\/li>\n<li><strong>respond.io<\/strong> \u2014 the messaging platform our team uses to manage social media messages<\/li>\n<li><strong>OpenAI<\/strong> \u2014 only at the request of our authorized staff, to create summaries of conversations and messages<\/li>\n<li><strong>Google Firebase<\/strong> \u2014 push notifications and app stability monitoring<\/li>\n<li><strong>OpenStreetMap<\/strong> \u2014 map display and address lookup<\/li>\n<li><strong>Google and Facebook<\/strong> \u2014 social sign-in, if you choose it<\/li>\n<li><strong>WhatsApp<\/strong> \u2014 if you choose to contact our agents on WhatsApp<\/li>\n<li><strong>Our hosting provider<\/strong> \u2014 server infrastructure<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>8. Data Transfers<\/h2>\n<p>Your personal data may be shared with the relevant real estate agent as part of the service, with authorized public authorities where legally required, and with the providers listed above. <strong>We never sell or rent your data to third parties for marketing.<\/strong> Some providers host their servers outside T\u00fcrkiye, so a limited international transfer may occur.<\/p>\n<h2>9. Retention<\/h2>\n<p>We keep personal data for as long as the processing purpose requires and until the end of the statutory limitation periods; afterwards it is deleted, destroyed or anonymized. Instagram and Facebook message and comment records are kept for as long as needed to manage the customer relationship. Raw technical event records received from Meta are kept for at most <strong>7 days<\/strong> and then deleted automatically.<\/p>\n<h2>10. Your Rights<\/h2>\n<p>Under Article 11 of KVKK you may learn whether your data is processed, request information about it, learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly, know the third parties it is transferred to in T\u00fcrkiye or abroad, request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data, request deletion or destruction, request that these actions be notified to third parties, object to a decision against you made solely by automated systems, and claim compensation for damages caused by unlawful processing.<\/p>\n<p>Send your requests to <strong>info@vipemlak.com<\/strong> or in writing to our address above. Security<\/h2>\n<p>We apply appropriate technical and organizational measures, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), access authorization and regular security updates, to protect your data against unauthorized access, loss and misuse.<\/p>\n<h2>12.
