What Data Does the App Collect?<\/h2>\n<p>You can use the app <strong>without registering<\/strong>. Without an account you can search listings, view listing details and call our agents.<\/p>\n<h3>2.1. Data you provide<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Name, surname, phone, e-mail:<\/strong> when you create an account or request information about a listing<\/li>\n<li><strong>Message content:<\/strong> when you write to our agents through the app<\/li>\n<li><strong>Property request preferences:<\/strong> budget, area, number of rooms and similar criteria<\/li>\n<li><strong>Profile photo:<\/strong> if you choose to upload one<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>2.2. Data collected automatically<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Device information:<\/strong> model, OS version, app version \u2014 for debugging and compatibility<\/li>\n<li><strong>Crash reports:<\/strong> technical error reports if the app closes unexpectedly<\/li>\n<li><strong>Notification token:<\/strong> an identifier assigned to your device so we can deliver push notifications<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>2.3. Data kept on the device only<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Your language and theme preference<\/li>\n<li>Your most recent search criteria<\/li>\n<li>The listing cache<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>This data stays on your phone and is deleted when you uninstall the app.<\/p>\n<h2>3. You can revoke permissions at any time via <em>Settings &rarr; Apps &rarr; VipEmlak &rarr; Permissions<\/em> on your phone.<\/p>\n<h2>4. Third-Party Services Used by the App<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Google Firebase (Cloud Messaging &amp; Crashlytics)<\/strong> \u2014 push notification delivery and crash reporting<\/li>\n<li><strong>OpenStreetMap<\/strong> \u2014 map tiles and address lookup. The app does not use Google Maps.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Google and Facebook sign-in<\/strong> \u2014 only if you choose to sign in that way<\/li>\n<li><strong>WhatsApp<\/strong> \u2014 if you choose to contact an agent via WhatsApp, the app hands you over to WhatsApp<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Each provider is governed by its own privacy policy.<\/p>\n<h2>5. Advertising and Tracking<\/h2>\n<p>The app does not sell personal data to third-party ad networks and does not use your Advertising ID for marketing purposes.<\/p>\n<h2>6. Data Retention and Security<\/h2>\n<p>All data sent to our servers travels over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). Your password is never stored in plain text. Data is retained for as long as the processing purpose requires and for the statutory limitation periods.<\/p>\n<h2>7. Deleting Your Account and Data<\/h2>\n<p>To have your account and associated personal data deleted, send a request from your registered e-mail address to <strong>info@vipemlak.com<\/strong>. Requests are completed within <strong>30 days<\/strong> at the latest and you are informed in writing.<\/p>\n<h2>8. Children<\/h2>\n<p>The app is not directed at persons under 18 and does not knowingly collect their data.<\/p>\n<h2>9. Your Rights<\/h2>\n<p>To exercise the rights listed in article 11 of Law No. 6698, contact <strong>info@vipemlak.com<\/strong>.
