Entitlements are recorded in writing and paid on time.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Training and mentoring:<\/strong> New consultants work alongside an experienced colleague during their first months.<\/li>\n<li><strong>International client experience:<\/strong> Our content is published in five languages; we regularly handle enquiries from Germany, the Netherlands and Russia.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Open Positions<\/h2>\n<h3>Real Estate Consultant (Erdemli \/ Mersin)<\/h3>\n<p>Managing the local sale and rental portfolio, meeting clients, arranging viewings and following through the sales process.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Preferably holding \u2014 or willing to obtain \u2014 a responsible real estate consultant certificate under the Turkish Real Estate Trade Authorisation<\/li>\n<li>Category B driving licence and active use of a vehicle<\/li>\n<li>Strong interpersonal skills and disciplined follow-up<\/li>\n<li>Comfortable with computers and mobile applications<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>International Client Representative (German \/ Dutch \/ Russian)<\/h3>\n<p>Handling enquiries from abroad, managing correspondence and accompanying clients through the purchase process.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Fluent spoken and written command of the relevant language<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of property sales to foreign nationals and title deed procedures is an advantage<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Office Coordinator \/ Portfolio Assistant<\/h3>\n<p>Entering listings, organising photographs and content, managing appointments and handling documentation.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Organised working habits and attention to detail<\/li>\n<li>Confident with standard office software<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>No Experience?
