This document explains how the VipEmlak mobile application (Android and iOS) processes personal data. For our general data policy, please see our Privacy Policy.

2. What Data Does the App Collect?
You can use the app without registering. Without an account you can search listings, view listing details and call our agents.
2.1. Data you provide
- Name, surname, phone, e-mail: when you create an account or request information about a listing
- Message content: when you write to our agents through the app
- Property request preferences: budget, area, number of rooms and similar criteria
- Profile photo: if you choose to upload one
2.2. Data collected automatically
- Device information: model, OS version, app version — for debugging and compatibility
- Crash reports: technical error reports if the app closes unexpectedly
- Notification token: an identifier assigned to your device so we can deliver push notifications
2.3. Data kept on the device only
- Your language and theme preference
- Your most recent search criteria
- The listing cache
This data stays on your phone and is deleted when you uninstall the app.
3. Permissions and Their Purpose

The app does not track your location in the background. Location is used only at the moment you open the map or the “nearby” feature, and it is not stored on our servers.
Declining a permission disables only the related feature; the rest of the app remains usable. You can revoke permissions at any time via Settings → Apps → VipEmlak → Permissions on your phone.
4. Third-Party Services Used by the App
- Google Firebase (Cloud Messaging & Crashlytics) — push notification delivery and crash reporting
- OpenStreetMap — map tiles and address lookup. The app does not use Google Maps.
- Google and Facebook sign-in — only if you choose to sign in that way
- WhatsApp — if you choose to contact an agent via WhatsApp, the app hands you over to WhatsApp
Each provider is governed by its own privacy policy.
5. Advertising and Tracking
The app does not sell personal data to third-party ad networks and does not use your Advertising ID for marketing purposes.
6. Data Retention and Security
All data sent to our servers travels over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). Your password is never stored in plain text. Data is retained for as long as the processing purpose requires and for the statutory limitation periods.
7. Deleting Your Account and Data
To have your account and associated personal data deleted, send a request from your registered e-mail address to [email protected]. Requests are completed within 30 days at the latest and you are informed in writing.
8. Children
The app is not directed at persons under 18 and does not knowingly collect their data.
9. Your Rights
To exercise the rights listed in article 11 of Law No. 6698, contact [email protected]. The full list appears in section 10 of our Privacy Policy.
10. Changes
This document may be updated. The current version is always published at this address, and the Settings → Privacy Policy link inside the app points here.
